Well. I’m off the cleanse. I have to say it’s a little scary! But I’m on vacation in FL. with my friends, and of course, there is great sun and great food. But, like Beth … I’m craving salad. Crunchy, dreamy, garlicky salad. However, I’ve enjoyed (immensely) the food I’ve eaten (a hamburger, scallops, shrimp, and ice cream). Tomorrow I’ll have a shake, then probably a chicken salad sandwich for lunch.
I’m certainly going back on the cleanse when I get home. I love the food I’m eating right now, but I am not going to like what it does to my body!
Today is my last day. I’m going to continue the program until I run out of the shake and supplements. I’ll also add in 8oz of lean protein with dinner.
maybe a little vodka on the weekend will be needed also.
and 1/2 a pizza on fridays.
oh yeah there are those pita chips I bought the other day….

oh, yes, Pete! Pizza on Fridays, wine on the weekends; it’s BLUE chips and salsa instead of pita chips for me, but I see where you’re going with this!

I’ve been paraniod of what I’m going to eat because I don’t want to gain weight or feel caged to food again. I’n having salads, but I did have blue chips and salsa today and some nuts. They were so yummy and salty!

Congratulations to everyone. We all made it.
We should do this again. Support and encouragement (giving and receiving) make it easier.
I’ll probably do this again in between thanksgiving and christmas.
