Nancy-I had the same problem for 3 or 4 days. It seems to have resoved itself since then.

I went picking blueberries again to day. I decided I like them fresh, just not so much in the shakes. Had to buy some peaches at Sam’s club, that helps the shakes. I am enjoying some wild rice sauted with mushrooms, onions and chicken. I have left out the protein in my shakes since I have a little chicken. I am just too busy and disintrested with choices to eat often. The salad doesn’t fill me up so i kind of feel like it is a waste of time to make and eat! I think I may have to have 3 shakes a day as it seems like I only eat once a day. Never thought that would happen. My weight is steady, no change up or down. I continue to sweat sooo much when I exercise, does anyone else do that?
